Pollen Explosion in DC
Pollen season is expected typically from late March to the end of May. The severity of the pollen season depends on the weather and the region. This year, because of the warmer weather, pollen grains start to emerge earlier than usual, in early February. So, the pollen counts in DC have reached very high levels. If you like spending your time at home, follow these couple of advice. Close all the windows and doors. Before using your A/C system, make sure it’s clean. Also, change the filters.
3. Take your therapy at all times
Go to your physician and find out which therapy is best for you. There is a wide specter of medications and nasal sprays that can reduce your symptoms.
